Our Platform

ADS4GPTs is a programmatic advertising platform designed to deliver contextually relevant advertisements through LLM integration. We collect, process, and analyze contextual data, technical metadata, and tracking information provided by Applications and Advertisers to optimize ad delivery and performance reporting.

Our Platform does not collect personal identifiable information (PII) directly. Instead, Applications and Advertisers are responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable privacy laws, including obtaining user consent where required.

Types of Information We Collect

  1. Contextual Information:
    • Data provided by Applications about conversation topics, intents, and keywords. This helps us match advertisements to user interactions effectively.
  2. Technical Metadata:
    • Anonymized technical data provided by Applications to enable ad delivery optimization. This includes but not limited to:
      • Device-related identifiers (e.g., hashed device IDs)
      • Anonymized IP addresses
      • User agent details (e.g., browser type, operating system)
      • Session timestamps and interaction events
  3. Tracking Information:
    • User actions after clicking on an advertisement (e.g., clicks, conversions) are tracked via pixel code installed on Advertiser landing pages. This helps us:
      • Measure campaign performance
      • Report aggregated data to Advertisers
      • Optimize our ad delivery algorithms
  4. Anonymized Audience Data:
    • Aggregated and anonymized data used to create audience profiles for better ad targeting.

Information We Do Not Collect

ADS4GPTs does not directly collect or intentionally process:

  • Personal Identifiable Information (PII), such as names, email addresses, or phone numbers.
  • Sensitive information, such as racial or ethnic origin, religious beliefs, or health-related information.
  • Data beyond what is explicitly shared by Applications or Advertisers.

If PII is inadvertently transmitted to our Platform, we promptly delete it upon identification.

How We Collect Information

  1. Application-Provided Data:
    • Applications explicitly provide contextual and technical data for use in ad delivery.
  2. Ad Interaction Tracking:
    • Tracking information about user actions (e.g., clicks, conversions) is collected via pixel code installed on Advertiser landing pages. This tracking data allows us to evaluate the effectiveness of ad campaigns.
  3. Anonymized Aggregated Data:
    • Data aggregated from contextual and tracking information is used to refine audience profiles and optimize ad delivery.

Legal Basis for Processing

We process information based on the following legal grounds:

  1. Consent: Applications and Advertisers are responsible for obtaining user consent where required by applicable privacy laws.
  2. Legitimate Interest: Our data processing supports ad delivery, optimization, performance tracking, and reporting while respecting user privacy.

How We Use Information

The information collected is used for the following purposes:

  1. Deliver Relevant Ads:
    • To serve advertisements that align with user interactions and preferences.
  2. Ad Delivery Optimization:
    • To improve ad relevance and performance through analysis of anonymized technical and tracking data.
  3. Campaign Measurement and Reporting:
    • To provide Advertisers with performance metrics such as clicks, conversions, and engagement rates.
  4. Fraud Detection and Prevention:
    • To identify and prevent invalid traffic or unauthorized activities.
  5. Platform Development:
    • To refine algorithms, audience targeting models, and reporting tools.
  6. Compliance and Legal Obligations:
    • To comply with applicable laws and respond to lawful requests from authorities.

How We Share Information

ADS4GPTs shares data only under the following circumstances:

  1. With Advertisers:
    • Aggregated and anonymized tracking data is shared to inform Advertisers about campaign performance and user actions on their landing pages.
  2. With Service Providers:
    • Data may be shared with trusted vendors supporting Platform operations (e.g., hosting, analytics, or fraud detection).
  3. For Legal Compliance:
    • Data may be disclosed as required by law or in response to lawful requests from authorities.
  4. During Business Transfers:
    • In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, anonymized data may be transferred to the acquiring entity.

We do not sell or share PII and ensure that all shared data is anonymized or aggregated.

Data Retention

ADS4GPTs retains data only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, subject to legal and regulatory requirements:

  • Contextual data: Retained for up to 2 years to ensure ad relevance.
  • Technical metadata and tracking data: Retained for up to 2 years to support analytics, reporting, and fraud prevention.

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to access, rectify, or delete data. As we process anonymized data, requests should be directed to the Application or Advertiser acting as the data controller.

Residents of California

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), you have the right to:

  • Request access to data processed by our Platform.
  • Opt out of data sharing or sale.
  • Request deletion of data shared by Applications or Advertisers.

International Data Transfers

ADS4GPTs processes data globally and adheres to applicable legal frameworks for international data transfers, such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) for data originating from the EEA.

Children’s Privacy

Our Platform is not intended for individuals under 16 years of age. We do not knowingly collect or process data from minors.
